Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges at this time. (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective of damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Pictures of defective item must be taken and sent to us at email@example.com as proof. In some cases, we will request that you ship the item back to us. A replacement will be shipped out via USPS First Class Shipping within 1-2 days.
We will only issue refunds if the items have not yet left our warehouse, if we are out of stock of what was ordered, or if the customer receives a defective item and opts for a refund instead of an exchange within 7 days.
